Using Daiku

These terms apply to daiku.ai, your cloud browser and Daiku connections in AI apps. By using Daiku, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Daiku for a business, you must have permission to agree for it.

What Daiku provides

Daiku gives you a cloud browser that your connected AI apps can use. You can watch, stop them or take the wheel. Access may be invite only and depends on browser availability in your chosen country. Your AI app and the websites you visit are separate services.

Your account and access

Keep your sign-in devices safe. Connect only AI apps you trust. Use only accounts and data you are allowed to access. Tell us if you think someone has used your account without permission. Do not share your account with someone you do not trust.

Instructions and approvals

Your AI can make mistakes. Check important details before sending, buying, paying or deleting. Your trust rules decide when Daiku asks first. A rule that allows an action may let it happen without a new prompt. Daiku can pause a task, but it cannot undo a completed purchase, message or change on another site.

Allowed use

Follow the law and each site's rules. Do not use Daiku for fraud, spam, abuse, unlawful access or to bypass a site's security. Do not use it to harm people or their data. We may pause or end access to protect people, the service or legal duties.

Plans and payments

Daiku sells its own browser subscription. Plan prices, included hours, tax and extra-hour rules are shown on the pricing page. Any payment flow must show the amount and billing period before you pay. Your AI app may charge its own fee. Daiku does not sell goods from the sites your browser visits.

How hours count

Hours count while your browser is awake. Sleep does not use hours. Your plan limits use. Extra hours are off until you enable them and set a spending limit. See the pricing page for the current plan and trial limits.

Cancel and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You can request cancellation or a refund at hello@daiku.ai. Your rights under consumer law still apply, including any right to withdraw from a distance contract.

Your data

You keep your rights in your data. You allow Daiku to handle it as needed to run the service and carry out your instructions. The privacy policy explains what we collect, share and keep. Keep a separate copy of files you need. Temporary files and saved files expire.

Availability and changes

Websites can change, block access or sign you out. Daiku cannot promise every task will finish or that the service will always be available. We may update the service and will tell account holders about material changes to these terms before they take effect.

Your legal rights

These terms do not remove rights the law gives you. They do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem.
