Who runs Daiku
Daiku is run by Tejas Kumar e.U., Stralauer Allee 5, 10245 Berlin, Germany.

Email hello@daiku.aiWhat this policy covers
This policy covers daiku.ai, your cloud browser and Daiku connections in ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps. Tejas Kumar e.U. is the controller for account, support and service data.
Your account
Daiku stores your email, account ID, country, plan, usage, choices and connected AI apps. It stores public passkey details and sign-in records. Your face or fingerprint stays on your device.
Your browser and its data
Your browser holds cookies, site logins, history and files, like Chrome on your own computer. Daiku saves an encrypted copy so your logins survive sleep. Saved passwords and sign-in keys are encrypted. Sites you visit receive your requests and the data you send them.
The public ChatGPT connection
The public connection starts each task with a fresh browser. It does not copy your private logins or saved passwords. It can read public pages and its own downloads, and fill ordinary drafts. Network activity stops before a draft edit. Forms are not sent. This browser is cleared when the task ends. Its action log follows the same retention rules below.
What your AI can see
An AI app you connect can read pages and receive text, pictures, files and action results from your browser. This may include private data from sites where you are signed in. Your AI app handles what it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. Choose which apps you connect and what you ask them to read.
Your log and saved tasks
Your log keeps action types, sites, times and results for 90 days. It does not store full page text or passwords. A separate record of what your AI sends keeps its words for 30 days and pictures for 7 days. Saved tasks, watches and files keep the data needed to run them.
When you ask for help
A help message and fixed details about the app, device and recent action types go to Sentry in the US. Daiku keeps an encrypted copy for 90 days. You can choose to share a previewed picture. That picture stays with Daiku for up to 30 days or until the report is fixed. It does not go to Sentry or PostHog.
Error reports and analytics
Daiku uses Sentry for errors and PostHog in the EU for usage analytics and masked recordings of app use. Tracking starts when the production app loads. PostHog uses browser storage and receives your account ID and signed-in email. Recordings mask text and inputs and exclude the live browser view. Tool inputs, page text and saved secrets are excluded from error and product logs. Deliberate help messages are separate.
Who helps run Daiku
Cloudflare hosts the app, browser, stored data and service email. Proxy-Seller and, where used, Bright Data provide the internet address for your browser. They carry network traffic. Sentry and PostHog receive the data described above. When TypeSafe is enabled, it receives site names, action types, page paths and element labels to help decide whether a routine action needs approval. It does not receive the words you are about to send.
Why Daiku uses this data
Account and browser data let Daiku provide the service you ask for, under its contract with you. Limited error and usage data help keep the service safe, fix faults and improve it, based on our interest in running the service. Support data lets us answer your request. We may keep data to meet legal duties. You can object to use based on our interests by emailing us.
Where data goes
Your browser and action log are stored in the EU. Error reports and help messages go to Sentry in the US. An AI app, a site you visit or another service provider may process data in other countries. Their storage rules differ from Daiku's. Email us to ask about the providers and transfer safeguards that apply to your data.
How long data stays
Account data and browser profiles stay while needed to run your account. Audit and trust records expire after 90 days. Approval pictures are cleared when a decision is made or expires. Temporary browser files disappear when it sleeps. Files saved in Daiku last 7 days by default, or 1 to 30 days as chosen. Sentry and PostHog copies follow their own retention settings; deleting a local copy does not delete those copies.
Your choices and rights
You can stop your AI, remove a connection and change your trust rules. Email hello@daiku.ai to ask for access, a copy, a correction, deletion, a limit on use or to object to use of your data. These rights depend on the law and may have limits. We may need to check who you are. You can complain to your local data protection authority, including the authority in Berlin.
