# Daiku > Daiku is not an AI agent. It is an add-on (a remote MCP server) for the AI a person already uses: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, IBM Bob and any app that adds a connector by link. Claude calls it a connector; ChatGPT calls it a plugin. It gives that AI its own Chrome browser in the cloud, logged in to the person's own sites, so the AI can open pages, read, click, type, fill in forms and send. By default, anything that sends, posts, pays, buys or deletes waits for the person to approve it with their passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or their fingerprint). The AI can't approve for itself. Every ask, yes, no and rule is kept in the Trust Ledger, the person's own record. Daiku is invite only for now. Ask for an invite at https://daiku.ai/start. Free for 7 days and 30 hours, no card needed. Billing isn't live yet: you pick a plan after your free week. Plans start at $19 or €19 a month for 30 hours, and a monthly plan's quiet months (under 1 hour) cost $5 or €5: https://daiku.ai/pricing ## How to add Daiku - The link for every app: https://daiku.ai/mcp - Claude: Customize, then Connectors. Choose Add, then Add custom connector, paste the link, choose Continue and sign in, and allow it with your passkey. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector. - ChatGPT (on the web): Plugins, then the plus button and Add custom MCP server. Name it Daiku, paste the link, accept the warning, choose Create as a plugin, then Connect, and allow it with your passkey. Apps you add can click and type on Business, Enterprise and Edu plans, once an admin turns on developer mode; on Pro they can only read for now. - Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user daiku https://daiku.ai/mcp && claude mcp login daiku`, which signs in too. - Many AI apps, terminal tools most of all, ask the person before every tool call from a server they haven't trusted. Allow Daiku for the session or always, in the app's prompt or its permission settings, so a task can run through. Daiku's own approvals still hold for anything that sends, pays or deletes. ## How to ask Tell your AI the whole job, not each click. Give the address, not every turn. Instead of "Open Gmail. Search for receipts. Download the PDF. Open Lexware," say: "Put every receipt from my Gmail this month into Lexware Office. Use Daiku." Your AI does every step. You say yes on your phone before anything is sent, paid or deleted. ## What to know - You log in to your sites yourself, once, inside your Daiku browser, so your passwords never go through your AI. Daiku keeps you signed in, not your passwords. A sign-in you choose to save is sealed with your own key and typed in for you, never handed to your AI. - Before your AI sends, pays or deletes, Daiku shows you exactly what will happen and waits for your passkey, unless you decide otherwise. - Your AI can make Daiku stricter at once. Anything looser needs your passkey. - You can take the wheel at any moment, and stop everything with one tap from any device. - If one connected AI stops partway through a job, another can carry on from where it stopped: the same pages, logins and steps so far, never your passwords. - Every action is logged with the AI and the app that asked for it. Daiku doesn't keep the pages you visit. - Each person gets their own browser, shared only by them and their AI apps, locked with its own key. Wherever they live, their browser and log are stored in the EU. The browser goes online from a country they pick (11 today, in Europe and North America), so sites see a familiar place. - Your browser sleeps when no one uses it and wakes on the next request. ## Pages - [What it means to add Daiku to your AI](https://daiku.ai/add-to-your-ai): an add-on, not an AI; connector in Claude, plugin in ChatGPT - [How Daiku works](https://daiku.ai/how-it-works): setup in three steps, and what your AI can do - [Safety](https://daiku.ai/safety): approvals, the Trust Ledger, the log, stopping, and how your browser is kept apart - [Pricing](https://daiku.ai/pricing) - [What you can ask](https://daiku.ai/examples): everyday tasks, and what you approve - [Daiku for Claude](https://daiku.ai/claude) - [Daiku for ChatGPT](https://daiku.ai/chatgpt) - [Daiku for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and IBM Bob](https://daiku.ai/claude-code) ## Comparisons - [How Daiku compares](https://daiku.ai/vs) - [Which AI agents work in the UK and the EU](https://daiku.ai/europe) - [Daiku and Claude Duet, next to Dots, Muse and Grok Bot](https://daiku.ai/vs/claude-duet) - [Meta Muse not in your country: what works instead](https://daiku.ai/vs/meta-muse) - [Daiku and Chrome auto browse](https://daiku.ai/vs/chrome-auto-browse) - [Daiku, Perplexity Comet and Perplexity Computer](https://daiku.ai/vs/perplexity) - [Daiku and OpenClaw](https://daiku.ai/vs/openclaw) - [Daiku and Hermes Agent](https://daiku.ai/vs/hermes-agent) - [Daiku and ChatGPT agent](https://daiku.ai/vs/chatgpt-agent) - [Daiku and Claude in Chrome](https://daiku.ai/vs/claude-in-chrome) - [Daiku, OpenAI Dots, Meta Muse and Grok Bot](https://daiku.ai/vs/dots-muse-grok-bot) ## Company - [Design partners](https://daiku.ai/design-partners) - Contact: hello@daiku.ai
